The Personalized Development System is a set of workshops and meditations designed to help you apply the ThetaHealing® Technique in your daily life.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

The sessions of ThetaHealing® Technique takes place through conversation. Although the healer – practitioner changes the frequency of her/his brain waves to 4-7Hz (theta state) when applying the technique itself, the client is fully awake and aware and does not fall into trance or hypnosis.
