“Digging” is a term within the ThetaHealing® Technique for the process of finding beliefs in deep and deeper layers of the subconscious in order to bring awareness to the very moment when the basic belief is created.

At the Dig Deeper Seminar, you will learn the clear process of reaching your core beliefs, as well as understanding what you have learned from that experience and what it takes to eradicate beliefs and emotions that overwhelm you. With “digging” technique, we find the cause of the problem, and then it is easy for us to solve it and never experience it again.
